  Worst-managed Applebee's I've ever been to. I was excited when this place opened near my home, but I still drive to the one on Jericho Tpke because I always have a bad experience when I come here. Service is so bad. You will be hunting down your waiter for everything. I have no idea where they disappear to. Sometimes I see them talking in groups doing absolutely nothing, when patrons are clearly in need of something (a refill, check, etc.). The place is not clean and food always comes out cold.

  This is a little late. Anyhow, I visited this place mid June 2016. A group of friends and myself were all coming from the nearby cemetery after the service of a good friend. We sat at the bar and order some appetizers and drinks. The young man behind the bar was incredibly kind and attentive. I wish I could remember his name. He realized we had just came from a service. We could all see he empathized with the loss of our friend. Great guy.
